Know how our marketplace works

Folex Auto Market is an online vehicle marketplace. We provide a platform where private sellers, dealers, and advertisers can list vehicles for sale, and where buyers can browse, search, and contact sellers.

We review listing content before it goes live — this is a content moderation step only, not a physical vehicle inspection.

• Own any vehicle listed on the platform
• Physically inspect, certify, or guarantee any vehicle
• Finance, insure, ship, or clear vehicles
• Operate an escrow or payment protection service
• Provide vehicle warranty or delivery guarantee
• Sell vehicles directly

Important: Folex Auto Market will never ask you to send vehicle payments to a personal account or to pay through an unofficial channel. If you receive such a request, do not pay — it is a scam.

Before making any payment, buyers should:

• Inspect the vehicle in person before paying
• Verify ownership documents (e.g. vehicle registration, proof of ownership)
• Confirm the seller's identity and that they have the right to sell
• Use safe, traceable payment methods — avoid cash to unknown persons
• Never pay an advance or deposit without seeing the vehicle
• Be cautious of prices that seem too good to be true

• Only communicate through the platform or your official contact details
• Verify buyer identity before handing over the vehicle
• Confirm payment has fully cleared before releasing any vehicle
• Do not share banking details, PINs, or passwords with buyers
• Be cautious of overpayment scams or payment reversal requests

A Verified Dealer badge on a dealer profile means that the dealer's profile or business information has been reviewed by Folex Auto Market.

It does not mean that any vehicle listed by that dealer has been physically inspected, certified, guaranteed, or endorsed by Folex Auto Market. Buyers should still inspect vehicles and verify ownership documents independently before making payment.

If you see a listing that appears suspicious — fake prices, impersonation, unsafe payment requests, or any other concern — please report it immediately:

• Contact our support team via the Help Centre
• Email us at hello@folexautomarket.com

We review all reports and will take action where a listing or account breaches our platform policies.
